Welcome to Billion Stuff, a proprietorship of Rajat Sabharwal. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our custom printing business and website.

1. Quotes and Order Acceptance

All quotes are subject to review. An order is only accepted once advance or full payment is received and artwork is approved.

2. Artwork and Customer-Provided Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork meets our printing guidelines. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files.

3. Customer Responsibility for Ownership and Rights

By submitting artwork to Billion Stuff, you warrant that you hold the necessary intellectual property rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce the design. You agree to indemnify Billion Stuff against any legal claims regarding copyright, trademark infringement, or prohibited/unlawful artwork.

4. Proof and Design Approval

Digital proofs may be provided upon request. Once approved, no further changes can be made without incurring additional charges.

5. Custom Printing Variations and Tolerances

Due to the nature of custom printing, slight variations in colour, fabric shade, and print size (within standard industry tolerances) may occur and do not constitute a defect.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are subject to change. Appropriate taxes will be applied at checkout where applicable.

7. Payment Terms

Custom orders require full or agreed-upon advance payment before production begins.

8. Production and Cancellation

Production begins only after payment and artwork approval. Cancellation is not permitted once production has started, as custom items cannot be resold.

9. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
