We offer shipping across India through our trusted courier and transport partners.

Production vs. Delivery Time

Please note that production lead time (the time it takes to print and manufacture your order) is separate from the delivery lead time (the time it takes for the courier to deliver the package to you). Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guarantees.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location, and will be communicated to you during the quote or checkout process.

Delays and Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote areas may experience delays. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address & Unavailability

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be shared with you once the order is dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event of a lost shipment or damaged parcel, please contact us immediately so we can escalate the issue with the courier partner. Supporting photos/videos may be required.

Local Pickup

Local pickup from our Gurgaon factory facility may be arranged upon prior confirmation.
