Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billion Stuff (a proprietorship of Rajat Sabharwal) provides custom printing services. Our policy is as follows:

Before Production

If you wish to cancel an order before artwork approval and before production has begun, cancellation may be possible subject to work/cost already incurred. A refund will be processed minus any costs already incurred (e.g., design fees or payment gateway charges).

After Artwork Approval / Production Starts

Since our products are custom-made or personalized to your specific requirements, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind once production has started.

Wrong Item, Defect, or Material Mismatch

If you receive an incorrect item, an item with a manufacturing defect, or a material mismatch, the customer must report the issue within 3 days of delivery. Photo/video evidence may be requested to evaluate the claim.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Actual bank or payment-provider credit timing may vary after processing.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and provide supporting photos/video while opening the parcel. This is required for us to escalate the issue with our courier partners.
